The John Roe Community Fund is an initiative that enables us to support local charities, schools and community projects with the aim of helping to improve the local areas in and around Grimsby, Hull and Scunthorpe.
As residents of North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire and Hull, we, and our children, are fortunate enough to live close to a wide selection of areas of outstanding natural beauty and places of cultural importance. We have good local parks and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy fresh air and healthy, active lifestyles. But according to some reports, our local regions are also home to some of the country’s most deprived areas and communities.
Since our business was first established by founder John Roe; he, his son Paul and now grandson Tom, have placed a high level of importance on supporting local charities and community projects to benefit the regions we live in. But, the John Roe Community Fund is the first opportunity for you to help us decide on who most deserves our support by nominating people and organisations that you believe would benefit from some help.
