We make every effort to answer questions and respond to comments, but in some cases we may need to direct your enquiry to another member of the team who is better placed to get back to you. This may take time for us to get the information we need. The John Roe Group reserves the right to not respond to a comment.
 

Although we don’t want to censor conversations within our channels, swear words and posts that are purposely offensive to other users will be deleted by the John Roe Toyota team.
 

Comments deemed inappropriate are not welcome and personal attacks, harassment or demonisation of a particular individual, set of beliefs or organisation are not tolerated. Postings that are libelous, defamatory, false, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, pornographic, violent, inflammatory or disruptive will be taken down.
