​Lexus Hull Wins Prestigious Kiwami Award for Excellence in Customer Experience

This esteemed accolade, presented by Lexus Europe, is a testament to the dealership’s unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service and exceeding the expectations of its clientele.

This year, just 17 retailers across Europe have been recognised for both their business achievements and an exceptional level of customer service that delivers uniquely Lexus omotenashi hospitality. In essence, this treats every customer with the care and attention to detail that would be extended to a guest in the home, reinforcing the Lexus principle of “making luxury personal”. The Kiwami (“outstanding excellence”) Awards were introduced in 2016 and this year more than 340 official Lexus retailers were eligible for consideration across Europe.
